Guerry and Decosimo Apartments are two separate apartment buildings on the south campus area of UTC and house freshmen students. The two buildings share programming opportunities and are overseen by one Resident Director and a shared staff of Resident Assistants and Assistant Resident Directors. The complex offers the widest variety of apartment layouts on campus. Between the two buildings, students can choose from one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments as well as having the option to have a private or shared bedroom. In addition to the bedrooms, each apartment offers a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, telephone service, internet and basic cable service. A laundry facility is conveniently located within each individual apartment unit in Guerry and newly renovated shared laundry facilities are located in Decosimo.

A central courtyard allows residents to socialize, spend time outdoors, and hold events. The quiet and friendly environment provides students the best opportunities to prepare for academic studies. Residents are encouraged to get involved in planning and organizing activities for the complex by joining the Residence Hall Association (RHA). This group of residents and staff work together to develop and maintain community through programming, discussing college life, studying, and a number of other activities that bring people together from within the complex. The attraction of a variety of bedroom options, make Guerry and Decosimo Apartments our most diversified housing options.
