Attention Fall 2013-2014 Applicants: In an effort to assist you in making the most informed decision regarding room selection for Fall 2013-2014, please review the winter break policy that will be in effect next year which could impact your decision.

"All residence halls will close for Winter Break on Tuesday, December 10 at 12:00pm until Friday, January 3 at 8:00am.  All residents are required to check out with the Residence Life staff.  For those who maintain full-time employment off-campus during Winter Break, please consider your needs during the Room Selection process.

Designated Winter Break housing facilities are Boling and Stophel Apartments. Only residents that are residing in those complexes will be considered for Winter Break stay over.   All requests to stay over Winter Break must be submitted in writing to, and pre-approved by, an Assistant Director. Requests for Winter Break stay over will be considered beginning November 1, 2013 through November 30, 2013. Requests submitted after Novemeber 30, 2012 will not be considered. If approved, an additional charge for residing on campus during the Winter Break period will be accessed to your account."

Therefore, when making your room selection decision, please keep in mind that only the Stophel and Boling Apartments will be open during Winter Break. If you are certain that you will be requesting Winter Break housing in the fall-please consider selecting a room in either the Stophel or Boling Apartments.
