For the 2012 - 2013 school year, we have the following room configurations available for our residents:
Lockmiller Apartments
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 6 residents (3 residents will share 1 bedroom, 2 of the beds are bunked and 1 is a single bed).
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 4 residents (2 residents will share 1 bedroom).
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 2 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).
* As with all our apartments the living room, kitchen, and common areas are shared by all residents.

Boling Apartments
4 bedrooms 1 bath for 4 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).

Johnson Obear Apartments
4 bedrooms 1 bath for 4 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).
3 bedrooms 1 bath for 3 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).

Stagmaier Apartments
2 bedrooms, 1 bath for 4 residents (two double-occupancy rooms).
* Separate study area for each suite, and a semi-private bath shared by all residents.

Guerry Apartments
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 4 residents (2 residents will share 1 bedroom, both beds will be bunked).
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 3 residents (These specialty apartments are designated with room numbers ending in 01 or 15, Ex. Room 1101-B).
(Please be aware that these two bedrooms have a unique room configuration. Bedroom A is a shared room consisting of two residents sharing a bedroom with bunk beds. Bedroom B is a private bedroom. There will be different rates for the residents in the A bedroom than the residents in the B bedroom.)
3 bedrooms 2 baths for 4 residents (These specialty apartments are designated with room numbers ending in 02 or 16, Ex. Room 1216-A)
(Please be aware that the three bedrooms have a unique room configuration. Bedroom A is a shared room consisting of two residents sharing a bedroom with bunk beds and an attached full bath within the room. Residents of bedroom B & C will each have private rooms sharing a bathroom within the apartment. As with all our apartments the living room, kitchen, and common areas are shared by all residents. There will be different rates for the residents in the A bedroom than the residents in the B bedroom.)

Decosimo Apartments
1 bedroom 1 bath for 2 residents (2 residents will share 1 bedroom). This is a studio apartment design with the bedroom containing 2 beds.
4 bedroom 2 bath for 4 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).
* This particular building shares 3 laundry facilities.
** As with all our apartments the living room, kitchen, and common areas are shared by all residents.

Stophel Apartments
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 2 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).
4 bedrooms 2 baths for 4 residents (each resident will have a private bedroom).
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 3 residents (A bedroom is shared, B bedroom is private).
2 bedrooms 1 bath for 4 residents (both A & B bedrooms are shared).
