Housing and Residence Life

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. During the academic year, our facilities house over 3,000 students. During the summer months, we open a portion of our facilities to students who are interning in the Chattanooga area and are in need of temporary housing.

In 2012, we will be offering accommodations from June 1st – July 31th.

UTC Housing offers modern amenities. Utilities are included in the nightly rate: a private bedroom in a furnished apartment with laundry facilities, parking (for an additional fee), electricity, air conditioning, cable service, and high-speed Ethernet access (internet service must be requested on your application). We truly want your stay with UTC to be an enjoyable and easy transition for the summer months.

Interns are encouraged to apply beginning in March 19th before the upcoming summer. Requests made before March 19th will not be accepted.
