Important Information Concerning the Waiting List

In order to be placed on the waiting list, you must complete a fall 2012 housing application and pay the $225 reservation fee payment. If this will be your first time applying to live in UTC Housing you must also pay the $25 non-refundable application fee. The $225 reservation fee is refundable up to June 1, 2012 should your needs for housing change.

Please contact our office immediately if your plans change and you would like to remove your name from the waiting list.
