Room Selection for Transfer Students:

Application Process: Incoming transfer students for fall 2012- spring 2013 may apply for housing beginning January 4, 2012. Please keep in mind that you must be admitted to the university before you can apply for housing.

Three easy steps to selecting your room:

1. Submit a Fall 2012- 2013 Transfer Student housing application (available in January)
2. Pay the $25 application fee and $225 reservation fee. (These are two separate payments that can be completed online and must be paid)
3. Select your room online based on the following criteria:

Room Selection Dates:

Transfer students may select their room online beginning March 29th. Please keep in mind that UTC Housing fills up quickly and we encourage you to complete your application as soon as possible and be ready to select a room.

If there are no available rooms to choose, students will need to contact our office at (423) 425-4304 in order to be placed on a waiting list. The $225 reservation fee is refundable up until June 1, 2012
