Excited about being accepted as a student to one of the fastest growing universities in the South? Apply for Fall 2013-2014 Housing and experience residential life in communities that are dynamic, diverse, and conducive for learning.  New Freshman Housing applications are being accepted beginning Thursday, November 1, 2012.  Apply online through our "Manage My Housing" application system.  The “Manage My Housing” application may be found under the “ONLINE SERVICES” tab on our home page.  Please be aware that you must have been accepted as a student by the Admission Department in order to apply.

Our interactive website will allow you to browse the different residential communities, see amenities, FAQ’s, existing floor plans. To access this information, proceed to the main housing menu and click on the “UTC HOUSING” tab to begin your tour. Information regarding the dates you can reserve you room may be found under-Guide for Incoming Freshman.
